Roderick "RJ" Stevenson, a young trailblazer in music, media and ministry, is the CEO/Lead Kreative Director of KreativeKoncepts Production and Design, a full-service media and marketing company based in Tampa, Florida with offices in Eastern North Carolina.

THE KREATIVE DIRECTOR

Since 2002, RJ Stevenson has helped to shape the national branding images of businesses, institutions, non-profit organizations and high-profile personalities. His insights and innovative solutions have caused him to be called upon to consult for large and small corporations, non-profit organizations and aspiring business owners. 

​

His list of industry accomplishments includes serving as a musical and marketing consultant for the acclaimed Gospel Music Workshop of America, developing all national marketing for the 2011 GMWA National Board Meeting in Norfolk, VA, and the 2011 GMWA National Convention held in Tampa, FL serving over 25,000 registrants from across the globe.

His event production and logistics prowess led the State of Arkansas Democratic Party to contract him as a Special Events Coordinator during the 2016 Presidential Campaign season. In this role, he helped to plan and execute the Arkansas State Democratic Convention and other high-profile grassroots canvasing and fundraising events throughout the state in support of the Hillary Clinton Presidential Campaign.

Upon relocating to Tampa, Florida in 2017, Stevenson was contacted by former Ebony Fashion Fair Musical Director/Producer, Ernest Collins to come aboard the staff of his newest entertainment venture, Runway Noir Tour. Runway Noir Tour is a traveling couture fashion and entertainment production. Now entering toward its third season of production, Stevenson serves as the COO of the production company, overseeing all tour production logistics. In addition to his executive duties, RJ serves as the tour DJ, exciting and audiences with chest-thumping mixes and engaging lighting shows as the tour travels across the US.

Since 2018, Stevenson has been contracted as the kreative director for couture fashion designer, Elizabeth Carson Racker of ECR Designs! The full LED wall video treatments and custom DJ mixes that Stevenson creates have been featured during ECR Shows across central Florida to include Fashion Week Tampa Bay, Cocktails and Couture, Runway Noir Tour and the St Petersburg PRIDE Fashion Show!

For the past three years, he has had the opportunity to serve as the Associate Director of Music and Christian Arts Ministries (MCAM) over Media for the 11th Episcopal District of the AME Church (Florida & Bahamas). In this capacity, he directs the multi-media support for large-sized conferences and teaches a Technology in Worship Arts clinic to youth and adults during the annual Christian Education Youth Leadership Congress with an annual attendance of over 3500 participants!
